The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a unique movement method developed by Juliu Horvath, that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency.

Rather than linear, as in most other training methods, all movement sequences are three-dimensional and harmonize with the spiral structure of the human body.

Using spiraling and circular movements and synchronized breathing patterns, the permanently stretching body is guided to its present limits of movement and, if helpful, gently beyond.

The rhythmic GYROTONIC® exercises flow seamlessly, allowing the joints to rotate through their full natural range of motion without compression or shock.

The Gyrokinesis method is a unique method that coordinates movement, breath and concentration.

The exercises are practiced on a stool and mat without any additional equipment. Without the feedback and support of the equipment, the practitioners develop a more sensitive body awareness.

The trainer accompanies the flow of movement with words and his own movement so that you can always follow well.

After the training session you feel pleasantly massaged and full of energy.
