For all exercises your entire body has to organize the movement. This teaches you to not just muscle through movements with the arms alone, but to use the entire support structure of the body. Absagen und Rückerstattung:
Bis zum 8. Tag vor Kursbeginn wird die Kursgebühr voll erstattet. Ab dem 7. Tag vor Kursbeginn ist die Kursgebühr nicht erstattungsfähig. Bei Kursabsage durch Herrn Meggle wird die bereits entrichtete Kursgebühr voll zurückerstattet.

Cancellation and refund policy:
- Until 8 days before the course begins, a full refund will be given.
- From 7 days before the course begins, the course fee is non-refundable
- For course cancellation by Mr. Meggle the already paid course fee is fully refundable.
